Homeownership Center Sponsors

NHS' NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center will receive funding this year from several national partners who promote and support the "one-stop shop" network of Centers.

Program Partners

Neighborhood Housing Services of America – NHSA provides direct financial services to NHS by serving as a secondary market. NHSA offers loan products and purchases our mortgage loans, ensuring our continued solid lending capacity.

Miami-Dade County Government – The County provides financial assistance to first-time homebuyers as well as special resources to make home-buying affordable. The County also provides financial support to NHS to deliver services to the public.

Little Haiti Housing Association – LHHA shares its 82nd Street office with NHS. The two organizations have joined in a staff sharing partnership to provide homeownership services in Creole for first-time homebuyers.
