Board of Directors

NHS is governed by a 13-member volunteer Board of Directors composed of residents of served communities, businesspeople, and local government. Each board member makes a firm commitment to maintain the agency's focus of meeting housing needs in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

The Leadership Council is appointed by the Board of Directors to assist the Board and the Executive Director with counsel, guidance, and resource development.

Their business experience and wisdom supports the Board as it governs and raises resources to carry out the mission. The Council members promote financial support of NHS in their spheres of influence and act as ambassadors for the homeownership services offered to the community by NHS.
