Parking
Pull into the parking lot directly under the building. There is also parking on the surrounding streets.
Driving directions: from the North
Take I-95 South to Exit 3B, Overtown.
Stay in right lane.
Veer right onto Flagler.
Turn right onto 12th Avenue.
Driving directions: from the South
Take US 1 (South Dixie Highway) north to S.W. 17 th Avenue. Left (north) on S.W. 17 th Avenue, past Flagler Street to N.W. 3 rd Street. Right on N.W. 3rd Street to N.W. 12 th Avenue. The entrance to the building parking lot will be on your left.
Or:
Take the Florida Turnpike north to 836 expressway (Dolphin). Take 836 east to N.W. 17 th Avenue south exit. Go south on N.W. 17 th Avenue to N.W. 3 rd Street. Left on N.W. 3 rd Street to N.W. 12 th Avenue. The entrance to the building parking lot will be on your left.
