A case manager for Head Start, Natacha wanted to provide more stability for daughter Natalie, 13 and son Byondy, 16. When she called NHSSF, a housing counselor and lending specialist worked with her until the happy day that NHSSF's homebuyer education and financing packages paved the way for her to purchase her present 3-bedroom, 2-bath home.
Natacha said: "NHSSF is very helpful and patient. I have referred other single moms for purchasing a home and also a friend and co-worker to their foreclosure
prevention program. If it was not for NHSSF, I would not be here now. I finally achieved my goal to buy myself a home!"
