Plan an Event to Benefit Neighborhood Housing Services

Make a Memorial or Tribute Gift
You can designate your gift in memory of a special person. Just give us the complete name and address of the family and honoree when sending in your contribution. Does Your Company Offer Matching Gifts?
Many companies have programs that match the charitable contributions made by their employees. Through corporate gift matching, your employer can multiply your gift to NHS, making it go further. Check with your company's human resource office to see if they offer gift matching. If your employer does, your human resources department should provide you with a matching gift form to send to send along with your donation. Planned Giving
Deferred gifts allow you to provide a larger legacy than might be possible then outright gifts made during your lifetime. Your planned gift will contribute to the future strength of NHS' staff to carry forward the work and ideals in which you believe. Planned gifts may be in the form of bequests, life insurance, qualified retirement plans or real estate. We encourage you and your legal/financial advisors to work with NHS to plan deferred gifts. Instead of Cash: Donate Neighbor Works® Week Painting Supplies the First Week in June Each Year
Each May, NHS searches for paint brushes, medium size paint pails, packs of roller sleeves, rollers, roller trays, roller inserts, 6 to 8 ft. roller extensions, medium sized drop cloths, rags/cleanup cloths, step ladders, 16 ft. length extension ladders, gallons of new primer, gallons of new finish coat (usually a satin), gallons of new trim color, and gallons of new metal paint for awnings.
