Saved from Foreclosure

"It was like winning the jackpot," stated Claude Brusson, about NHSSF saving his home from foreclosure. He and his mother in-law Marie Escarment, co-owner, fell behind in payments when Marie's employment hours were cut drastically back and their mortgage interest rate jumped from 8.7% to 10.6%.

The 40-year old security worker, his wife Ronilda, Marie, and the children nearly lost their beautiful home in October 2008. Two months' behind in payments, they called NHSSF. Diligently working with his foreclosure prevention specialist, foreclosure was averted so successfully that he and Marie are now paying on a mortgage that is $500 less each month.
